Digitally Altered Photographs

Jo Swinson's comments regarding the use of digitally altered photographs in advertising would appear to be more appropriate to North Korea; because if this picture of Bill Clinton and Kim Jong Il has not been doctored in order to orientalise Clinton's appearance, I would be very surprised indeed.
