In the 'Telegraph' Anne Applebaum gushes over Barack Obama's judgment in considering Hillary Clinton for appointment as Secretary of State.

The thoughts of her husband Radoslaw Sikorksi, neoconservatism's subprime Sobieski, concerning the new president are a matter of record. I'd love to know who paid Radek's bills through Oxford. Maybe he was being groomed for greater things.
