Isn't this the same country that jailed a man whose home was broken into a number of times, and finally, the last time the man killed an armed burglar? And isn't that man being sued by the second burglar?

Yes, that was the sequence of events in the Tony Martin case.
That's absolutely outrageous. British justice - soft on criminals, hard on the law-abiding.
