In the absence of data concerning the countries of origin of Wadanahalugeder Chandrasekera or Guner Salih and Abu Motileb, a hat tip is owed to 'The Times' for pointing out the case of an HIV positive asylum seeker from Malawi named Feston Konzani.
In 2004, Konzani was sentenced to 10 years' imprisonment for inflicting grievous bodily harm by infecting three women with HIV.
