Meet Dominic Mailat. Droopy Dom is something of a dracul.

In his native Romania, the land of spam and cheque fraud, he served two prison sentences for rape before raping a Spanish woman in London, assaulting her with a broom, knocking out three of her teeth and trying to asphyxiate her.

She only escaped with her life by jumping out a window.

So efficient are the UK's border controls that this sociopathic foreign pervert was not only granted admission, but was only arrested after dodging a train fare in Germany.

Mailat received two life sentences today. Needless to say, at the time he committed his offences he was here illegally.
